Great Customer Service shame this company is not representative of many online services out there. I live in Qatar and they did there best to get me the kit on time to do my shoot. Very happy that I went direct and not through a 3rd party, there website is getting better not perfect but on the way up and for forward thinking companies like Letus support is always a good thing to drive the product forward. BTW I paid full price for my purchase and have nothing to do with company I dealt with a guy called Aaron daily contact even after order was paid for excellent.

The Letus adapter is a wonderful product who can make any movie fan completely happy to work with a video camera instead of a 35mm camera. No frustration anymore! The image is beautiful and the way of working and setting up the camera was never so close to real movie making, especially with my HVX200 and its P2 card system. Shooting becomes a team process and the care you bring to your choice of lens, your set of light and your camera's preset just make the whole thing look much better and more motivating. You never stop to go into details to get even better and it works! All of this stuff has a cost, but considering the final result, the pleasure I feel and the big smile on the face of my client, I consider this investment as a wise one. Last but not least, the Letus team is the best support team I had never encounter in any business. Despite the jetlag (or thanks to it?) I mostly get a useful answer to any of my useful question in 24h or so. And this is true since I get in touch with them before to place my order 6 month ago. This is great as I didn't expect so much respect and care, all the way, from those busy guys. I am an independant script-writer/director/cameraman/photogrpaher from Europe who set up in Shanghai (China) since 3 years. I am working there in a tough competition on corporate video, TV commercial and short movies. Since 12 years, I am living in Asia (Taiwan, Japan and finally here)and I started as a still photographer (photo journalism for 10 years, and then movie photographer) before to become myself a cameraman and a director in Asia. I learned while working, and i am still learning a lot. I am mostly working with local crew, even they are clumsy (but so nice and devoted), as I can speak Chinese, and I deal with both foreign (Japan, US, France, HKG...) and local clients. Life is tough, environment is extremly polluted and pay is not high, but I am so "myself" here. ANd since Letus meet my need of "movie feeling", things and just getting better. Soon I will drop some footage on the net...

I have been absolutely thrilled with the quality of LetusDirect's customer service. I had a problem with one of the accessories to my Letus Extreme, and I wrote to them on a weekend asking for help. They wrote back right away, and not only offered a temporary fix, but immediately sent me a replacement part (without my having to return the damaged piece)!
