Terms and Conditions
You may return any Letus Hawk purchase for any reason during the first 10 days starting with your product ship date, provided it has not been subjected to owner abuse or excessive wear.

You need JavaScript enabled to view it or by calling 1-866-620-3566, Mon-Fri., 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST) before returning any purchase. Once we have sent you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, you can return the product within the 10-Day period. Returns sent back that do not have an RMA number will be refused and returned to you at your cost.

Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will refund your product purchase price to your original payment method. Any premium shipping methods, such as FedEx and International shipping, are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount. U.S Flat rate shipping costs are refundable.The product must be shipped in its original packaging and must show no signs of excessive wear. Any damage due to improper packaging or mis-use will be the responsibility of the customer. If the product is deemed damaged or show signs of excessive/improper use, it will be returned to the customer and no refund will be issued. Return shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
