Hello guys,
I was wondering for every HV20 & Letus mini users, how far do you zoom on GG. For me it's about 7/10 zoom scale(to have no vignette), and it feels quite a lot too zoom in. Also, whatever I do, overall brightness seems really muddy and dark. I tried open the iris as wide as possible, and longer shutter speed. But they all look muddy.
How about you guys?

I am starting to regret buying the letus mini for my canon hg10. I have to zoom in as well quite a bit which I think eliminates zooming out. Also I have not been able to get good footage indoors. All I seem to get is Grain Grain Grain. If anyone has any suggestions let me know.

The first thing is that you should try to buy a Prime lens, not to mention taht has to be a fast lens like nikkon 50mm f/1.8, but ideally f/1.4 or f/1.2, even with these expensive lenses, you should illuminate your scene indoors, as the lens removes some stops, like the adapter take 1/2 stop.

Thank you for replying. I have a nikon 50mm f/1.8. This obviously does not give me enough light even with the correct lighting indoors. Seems like I will have to spend 500 dollars on a nikon 50mm f/1.2. What a shame that we have to spend so much on lenses for this adapter to work correctly. Dissapointed.
