Great Customer Service shame this company is not representative of many online services out there. I live in Qatar and they did there best to get me the kit on time to do my shoot. Very happy that I went direct and not through a 3rd party, there website is getting better not perfect but on the way up and for forward thinking companies like Letus support is always a good thing to drive the product forward. BTW I paid full price for my purchase and have nothing to do with company I dealt with a guy called Aaron daily contact even after order was paid for.

I've used a lot of different adapters but have to say I'm genuinely impressed. Not only does it beat the others for light loss while still flipping image, but its also extremely well thought out, sets up quickly, and is built to last. Their customer service has been more than exceptional. They respond quickly to user questions and suggestions and are constantly refining to make the best product available.

Letus Extreme: the ONLY Adapter I will ever use anytime I pick up my HVX-200! With only a half stop of light loss, it's essential and for the price, you can't get any better. I personally use the Nikor package, and after looking around , my lens collection has only cost me under 1000 for a full prime kit.

The makers of the Letus Extreme have a drive to produce high quality filmmaker tools that are second to none in both functionality and price point. They have come through on every promise made. They have also listened and responded to their customers like no other company I know. The Letus Extreme is a solid feat of engineering that compliments any video camera. The results I have seen on my HD camera approach the quality of the native lens itself. The adapter is now a permanent fixture on the front of my camera.

Received the Letus and really looking forward to using this bad boy.  I really can't say THANK YOU enough for everything that you did to get this product to me right away.  I'll be sure to get more items from letusdirect.com. Hard to find any company that's willing to give great customer service.  Letusdirect.com is one of the few companies that showed me great customer service.

Finally, an adapter that allows me to get shallow depth of field with the image the right way up. The other sub $7k adapters were not an option for me as I cannot deal with an inverted image either for video assist on set or the hassle that it presents in post. The build quality is excellent and setup is pretty much a matter of screw it on, focus, set aperture put your favorite 35mm lens on and shoot. It rarely comes off my HVX these days. This has raised the bar for the other manufacturers.

You guys at Letus have been nothing short of fantastic! This has probably been one of my best experiences with customer service that I have ever had, and I just want all you over there to know that it does NOT go un-noticed!!! Thanks again for your help!! Owning my own production company, I know what good customer service is when I see it, and you guys are what customer service is all about!
