Plans for Relay lens 2008/06/20 03:56 Karma: 0
Hi

I am planning for an ex3 with letus ultimate.
I read on Phillip Bloom´s forum that there will be an option for a relatively small relay lens. If used instead of the original fujinon lens the camera will be much more compact.

Is this true/possible?

and will letus sell this relay lens?

and what will the price be (roughly estimated)?

Thanks
Holger

Yes it is true. Yes, you will be able to purchase it here. Not sure on the exact release date but "very soon" is the official word.

Not sure of the price yet.

OK so I'm wondering if the relay lens (too much speculation) will accommodate other lens set-ups?

We will be releasing a variety of relays for different cameras. The B4 relay will be first. Canon XL and JVC HD relays will soon follow.

Not sure what you mean, can you restate your question?

Will you sell a Ultimate-Relay Lens combo for a lower price?

Hello!
I have been reading these treads with great interest. I have seen the lovely things that the Letus can do and have been trying to find out the best fit for me.
I am working with the JVC HD200 with the stock lens and the fujinon 13x wide angle lens.
I have seen there has been a lot of writing going on where lots of you ask if there is a version coming where you will be able to mount the Letus directly on the camera body.
Will this be an add on to the Extreme or Ultimate??

Or will it be a new Letus model???

I hope somebody will clearify this for me, so I will be able to make the right buy....

Especially also regarding the timeline - I can see that two months has been mentioned for several months now...

And last: Will Letus be attending the IBC show in Holland??

Kind regards
Henrik

I'm hoping there will be a relay sooner for the HPX than the Canon or JVC... sorry Canon and JVC guys...
