No, you should use the soon-to-be-released relay version of the Ultimate which will fit directly onto the camera without the Fujinon lens.

Its all modular, if i'm not mistaken you just replace the screw mount with the relay lens. Turns out you can even switch the prism of the Extreme with the ultimate.
